Our premium natural oak frames are precision handcrafted and professionally assembled using conservation-grade, acid-free materials. Each artwork is finished with premium matte lamination or high-quality glass, depending on the artwork and frame size, ensuring lasting protection and an elegant, gallery-quality presentation.

Quality Assurance & Packaging

Every piece is carefully inspected for print quality, framing, and finishing before being securely packaged using professional protective materials to ensure safe delivery worldwide.

Returns

As every artwork is produced specifically for your order, custom-made and personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

If your order is damaged during transit:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label.
• We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

If your artwork arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is important to us, and our team is always available to assist with any questions before or after your purchase
